Koers is derived from a Dutch word for course or direction. The firm exists to help organizations set one and execute it.

Founder & Managing Director
William Gould is the founder of Koers Consulting Group. He works with law firms, Alternative Business Structures, and legal-service organizations on governance, AI adoption, and operating performance.
His background combines legal training with an MBA and enterprise technology experience. He has worked in law-firm operations and legal technology, applied AI to real professional-services workflows, and managed teams through operational and technology change.
That combination shapes how Koers works: independent analysis, practical recommendations, and implementation that fits how an organization actually operates.
