Privacy notice

How this website handles the information you share with Koers Consulting Group.

Full notice

Effective date: September 2026.

This notice explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers the public website only. Information shared during a consulting engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

What the forms collect

The site has three forms. Each asks only for what Koers needs to respond.

  • Contact form (Contact page): name, organization, role, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest, message, and preferred contact method (optional).
  • Audit inquiry form (ABS External Audits page): name, organization, role, email address, phone number (optional), expected audit timing, and a short message (optional).
  • Connect form (conference landing page): name, firm, role, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest, and notes (optional).

Each form also carries a hidden field that must stay empty. Automated submissions that fill it are discarded.

Campaign attribution

When you arrive through a link that carries campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the site records those values, the first page you landed on, and the referring page. This is kept in your browser's session storage for the duration of the visit and is cleared when you close the tab. It is not sent anywhere on its own. If you submit a form, it is submitted with the form so Koers knows which campaign or event led to the inquiry.

What happens to a submission

The site itself does not store submissions. When you submit a form, a server function checks the required fields and sends the contents to Koers by email through an email delivery service. Koers keeps that email as a business record and uses it to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on the services you asked about. Koers does not sell this information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The session storage described above is not a cookie and is not sent with page requests.

Spam protection

To limit automated abuse, the forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile. When it is enabled, Cloudflare processes the challenge, including information about your browser and connection, under Cloudflare's own terms and privacy policy. The site receives only the result of the check.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, Koers uses a privacy-conscious, cookieless service that reports page views, use of key links, and campaign source in aggregate. It does not identify individual visitors.

Hosting and security logs

The site is served from hosting infrastructure that may log requests, including IP address, requested page, and time, for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. The hosting provider handles those logs under its own terms.

Correction and deletion

To correct or delete information you have submitted, contact Koers through the Contact page. Koers will act on reasonable requests, subject to any record-keeping obligations.

Do not submit confidential information

The forms are for general inquiries. Do not include privileged, confidential, or client-identifying information, such as client names, matter details, or regulatory correspondence. That material should be shared only under an engagement agreement, through a channel agreed with Koers.

Changes to this notice

Koers may update this notice as the site or its services change. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated notice applies.
